OwnageHosting is a provider of Internet related services such as virtual private servers (VPS) , dedicated servers, and IP transit services, and the Client may from time to time require such services.

This Agreement sets out the terms which have been agreed between OwnageHosting and the Client for the provision of such Internet services and shall be supplemented from time to time by Schedules setting out specific details of such services requested by the Client.

Servers are only eligible for refunds within 7 days of your initial payment being processed and may differ by several hours or days. Only the initial payment may be refunded, any upgrades made will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following requirements:

-Submitted a Cancellation Request, Stopped Automatic Payments, and Submitted a Support Ticket To Billing in the Client Area BEFORE 7 days have passed.
-Have attempted to communicate with Support (Live Chat or Support Tickets). Any refusal to communicate or cooperate with support will void any refunds.
-Must have Accepted the EULA in your server configs. This is stated in the email with your login info, and is REQUIRED to make the server run.


-Add ons such as a Dedicated IP Address, Mod Pack Install and Domains are not eligible for Refunds.

At OwnageHosting, we often provide coupons or special offers to out customers, for a full list of terms and conditions on an offer or coupon, please open a support ticket to our sales department clearly requesting a full list of terms and conditions on the coupon code or offer you wish to use.

To cancel your service you must cancel any active PayPal subscriptions and cancel via our WHMCS billing area at http://ownagehosting.com/billing.

OwnageHosting does not have access to any client's PayPal account therefore we cannot and will not be responsible for unintended payments made via automatic payment subscription serivce.

If we find your server using any sort of system to bypass limits put on your server (such as slots RAM or CPU amount) your server is subject to being terminated.

OwnageHosting, under no circumstances, shall be held liable for any data loss, disruption of information, or distribution of information including but not limited to that of unauthorized access to our server systems or any other loss of data. OwnageHosting shall not be held liable for any disruption, delay, or disconnection of services for any period of time.

While we offer database creation from our Multicraft panel, you need to understand that our databases are provided as a free service. Because of this we do not hold any liability for MySQL data loss or corruption. By using a database provided by OwnageHosting, you need to understand that we reserve the sole right to terminate it if we deem it nexessary. Additionally, our MySQL service is not to be used for personal use this is not limited to but the usage of MySQL for private websites and other non-server uses. MySQL database for other service such as VPS are allowed to be used for privte use but all right remain the same.

Any support request required for products from OwangeHosting shall be submitted through the billing system via tickets. Any other from of contact other than the predetermined ticket system is not guaranteed a proper answer from an official representative.

OwnageHosting retains the right to seek and consult with any appropriate authorities that may need to be involved in the event of an issue arising whether it is through violation of this policy or any other illegal occurrence requiring involvement of law-enforcement agencies.

OwnageHosting regards any communication between parties as confidential, upon distribution of any communication unless prior approval is in place, we will take action to the fullest extent of the law. By purchasing a server/service from OwnageHosting you permit us to modify your server, this includes, but is not limited to, changing plugins updating Bukkit and other tasks related to running a Minecraft server or any other server/service we off.

Any verbal or written threat to compromise our server system or any other equipment owned by OwnageHosting will be taken seriously and will result in further investigation and potentially litigation. Upon cancelltion of payments OwnageHosting you server will be suspended, Files will be kept as long as possible after termination or suspension, however we can not guarante the amount of time is unspecified. OwnageHosting retains the sole right to top, start and modify your server.

While we offer unlimited bandwidth and space to our customers we reserve the right to remove excessive file(s) such as large logs, redundant backups, or other file they may impact the node, This policy is in place to protect our uses, since full disks (SSDs) can, and will cause corruption of many files on the drive(s).

Additionally, we reserve all rights to terminate your server or service upon any violation of these terms, or other basis if deemed needed.
