To add your own world, it is easiest to use Filezilla. Learn how to use Filezilla here.
Step 1) Make sure your world is a folder and not a zip file, and drag the folder into your server's root directory. Step 2) In your panel, make sure your World section has the same name entered as your folder name. Restart your server and the world should be there.
