Forge Missing Libraries

The error:
You will need to add them to your server before FML and Forge will run successfully.java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: net.minecraft.launchwrapper.Launch[Server] INFO We appear to be missing one or more essential library files.

How to fix it:

It is recommended that you reupload your modpack, making sure you have uploaded the libraries folder. If the modpack you are uploading does not have a libraries folder, you need to generate one, likely by running the Setup file inside the modpack on your computer. Make sure the modpack is extracted to a folder on your computer before trying to run the setup file. The setup file is likely called Setup.bat, Install.bat or Install.sh or something similar. Additionally, ensure that the libraries folder is in the same folder as your jar file (usually the /jar folder).
