Failed to bind to port

[WARNING] **** FAILED TO BIND TO PORT!
This issue is caused when your server isn't properly stopped (typically a crash) and the process continues running in the background despite showing as stopped on the panel. This is an issue that we have to solve on our end but your server will be fine after we fix it. Please submit a ticket here or contact our live chat to fix the issue.
