These are common issues that you may have with your server and how to solve them:
"Can't connect to Minecraft bridge" or "Intermittent connection issues to your node. (auth: Empty response)" This means one of our servers are down - we know about the issue and are working to fix it, thank you for your patience!
OutOfMemoryException error Your server ran out of RAM - this means you were trying to run too many plugins, mods, or have too many people on your world and should upgrade your plan. We recommend 2GB+ for modpacks.
"Out of disk space" or "Failed to adapt server configuration" This is a problem with one of our servers, please submit a ticket here.
"IllegalArgumentException: Too big view radius" Go into config files, then server.properties, and lower the view-distance to something below 15.
Your plugin isn't loading or your plugin doesn't show up
Make sure you are running Craftbukkit or Spigot, and that your plugin is in the plugins folder.
Ensure that the plugin is the right version for your server
Some plugins have 'dependencies', or other plugins that are needed to make the server run, make sure to have those. You can find them on the plugin's Spigot page.
