Please be aware that your billing panel login is different from your server panel login. Your billing panel login is your email address, and your billing panel password is the one you entered when signing up. Your server panel login and password are emailed to you once you make a service purchase. You can find links to our server control panels, and the billing panel at the top right corner of our website.

It’s ok, don’t panic. It could just be lost in your junk mail. You can get copies of all of your emails sent to you in the billing panel.
1. Login here.
2. At the top right corner click Account Settings then Emails Sent.

There you will see copies of all emails that we have sent you.

Help! I still can’t find my server’s info?!
After all that, if you still cannot find it, we would be more than happy to help you! We have staff available 24/7 to help you out. Simply create a support ticket here
